Quality
Jo Seston Fine Home Accessories will assure the quality of all
its products. We take great care in selecting fine and unique textiles
for our pillows, throws, table linens and curtain panels and can offer
superior craftsmanship.
All pillows have premium polyester fiberfill inserts. These can be substituted with feathers and down inserts for an additional minimal fee. All pillow covers are removable for cleaning. Care and cleaning instructions are indicated on each item.
Special Requests
Some items are exclusive and others are available in large numbers.
Please email us or contact us at our customer
service number with any questions you may have. Custom orders (size
variations of catalog items) are available for some items, please submit
your special request via e-mail. Items in stock will be shipped within
10 business days from receipt of payment. Out of stock items may
become available again, so please check back with us often. For
large quantity orders of any particular item please contact
us for item availability, and bulk order discounts.
Payment Choices
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept cheques,
money orders and Visa/MasterCard/American Express worldwide. All
exchange rates will be calculated by your bank at the time of purchase.
Please note that personal cheques are held until they clear.
Shipping, Delivery Costs, and Duties
All shipments originate from our store in Rosemont, Ontario, Canada. All shipments are handled by United Parcel Service (UPS). Delivery
costs are added to your invoice total at the time of purchase. Note
that on all International orders, the purchaser is responsible for all
duties incurred at the final destination.
Applicable Taxes
All Ontario, Canada residents will be charged 8% provincial sales tax.
Returns and Exchanges
We require that all returns or exchanges be made within 7 days of receipt
of shipment. All items must be returned in their original condition
with a return authorization code, administered by our customer service
representative. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
